An early member of Straser Silicon Valley, Virginia Nicoletti has been pivotal in developing the team and contributing to its tremendous growth in sales since its inception. Virginia oversees operations, in addition to exploring and pursuing new business and marketing opportunities for the SSV team. 

With over 30 years of experience with some of Silicon Valley’s most prominent companies and start-ups, Virginia has demonstrated success in sales, marketing, public relations, negotiation and business development. Prior to SSV, Virginia was the founder and CEO of  Catapult Partners, a leading Silicon Valley public relations firm.

A Silicon Valley native, she has keen insight into the real estate market and how it has evolved, as well as relationships that run far and wide throughout the Peninsula and the South Bay.
